Initiative management

The Initiative Managers have the roles of:

  • Gathering and processing data, preparing and organizing meetings, and working with the Supervisory Board on the whole assortment of Sustainability Initiative promotions.
  • Maintaining and operating the Initiative website, which includes for instance the gathering and entering of data as well as updating the website
  • Organizing and participating in meetings which introduce the Sustainability Initiative to its owners
  • Organizing and participating in meetings which introduce the Sustainability Initiative to stakeholders, such as companies, social organizations and municipal council members
  • Performing other incidental tasks which Alcoa Fjarðaál and Landsvirkjun might assign to them.

Austurbrú has seen to Sustainability Initiative Management since January 2013.
